OPTION 01 / PICK A PRODUCT

Choose a design. Browse the catalogue and filter by collection or lighting. Check the size, price and product details.
Make it personal. Select “Personalise & enquire”. Add your names, house number or design details. Choose the available colour, quantity and standard or custom size.
Send your enquiry. Select “Prepare my enquiry”, then “Continue on WhatsApp”. Review the message and press Send in WhatsApp.

OPTION 02 / YOUR OWN IDEA

Tell us what you imagine. Open the custom-project form and choose the item category, design direction, material and lighting.
Add the details. Describe your idea. Add dimensions if you know them, quantity and any notes. You can preview a reference image in the form.
Share it on WhatsApp. Review your brief and continue to WhatsApp. Send the message and attach your photo, sketch, logo or QR code separately; the image preview is not uploaded automatically.

Finalise the design and total. We discuss your enquiry, confirm the artwork, size, finish and final price, and agree your delivery details.
Pay 10% in advance. Once the design is finalised, we share the payment details on WhatsApp. We then confirm your order. The website does not collect payment.
Receive your piece and pay the balance. Delivery is within 3–5 working days from order confirmation. Pay the remaining 90% on delivery.

Example: If your confirmed order total is ₹1,400, pay ₹140 after design finalisation and ₹1,260 on delivery.
